Para ver cómo los chilenos contribuimos al cuidado del plantea se realizó, luego de más de un año de trabajo, este original multi-proyecto de difusión medioambiental. Es el primero que logra agrupar iniciativas de todo Chile, que manifiestan la preocupación genuina de todo el país por estos temas, desde particulares y juntas de vecinos, pasando por organizaciones no gubernamentales, universidades y nuevos emprendedores, hasta llegar a grandes empresas.
Con libro, sitio web y una exposición en el Metro Baquedano se muestran los 80 casos seleccionados, destacan proyectos muy diferentes en cuanto a su temática como su escala, entre ellos: el Programa de Eficiencia Energética del gobierno, el respeto por la biodiversidad que promueven parques como Pumalín y Tantauco, la tienda “verde” de SODIMAC en Copiapó, que obtuvo una certificación internacional, Biomorgan y la producción de un “bioplástico” que permite fabricar platos y cucharas biodegradables a partir de elementos como el almidón de maíz, las bicicletas gratuitas de Providencia, el uso de la lombricultura impulsado por la Municipalidad de La Pintana para eliminar desechos de origen vegetal y el edificio bioclimático de ENAP en Magallanes, entre otros.

In the book,The Handbag,by Caroline Cox,page 84 is a beautiful black and white picture of Marilyn sitting on the sidewalk curb applying lipstick with a lipstick brush. She has on checkered pants rolled up below her knee with sandals,flats that I have similar pairs of. She is looking at the camera. She looks so me in this picture. Her hair is a lil messy she looks like another American woman on a hot,late evening in NYC,waiting for someone,who must be late. In this picture I love her the most.Her eyes are bright and so loving and hopeful.I love that she is casual,but still amazingly beautiful.Because of this picture It inspires me to follow my dreams and goals.It makes me see that even with all the movies and music,even with all the furs and jewels she was just another American woman who followed her heart even though people mocked and abandoned her.MM you are missed.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
